Text. Phone. WhatsApp. Team chats. Email. Zoom.
You’re responding to messages all day. Never getting to the work that actually moves the needle.
It feels like you’re busy. But you’re just distracted.
Here’s the fix:
Reduce your channels. Pick two or three max. Set clear patterns for how you use them.
In my business, I use Slack for team communication. Scheduled Zooms only. Email goes to support unless it’s critical.
WhatsApp is for social and emergencies. That’s it.
I don’t have notifications on. I go to my tools when I choose. They don’t come to me.
Most founders think they need another tool to rationalize all the noise. They don’t.
They need fewer channels and clear rules for how to use them.
If you’re drowning in notifications, you’re not going to fix it by adding more software.
You need to simplify the way you communicate.
The ops assessment shows you where communication is breaking down and what to fix first.
We can talk through what’s happening.
