Published in 1937 and still very relevant today.
When I read Napoleon Hill’s book Think & Grow Rich, I can see the lessons I read here executed by every successful entrepreneur I know.
If I have to pick the stand-out idea though, it has to be the power of the mastermind.
We all have our strengths and weaknesses and that is why you’ll get where you want to go faster when you use the strengths and lessons from a mastermind.
Simple lessons from my mastermind have saved me a huge amount of time.
I can tap into a panel of experts in Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR and Physical & Mental Health.
Imagine if I had tried to become a master in all of those areas myself before executing…
Here were my key takeaways:
1. Desire
It’s like being hungry for your dream.
You’ve got to want success as badly as you want to breathe.
Picture your dream in your mind and believe it’s possible.
2. Faith
Visualisation and belief in the attainment of desire.
Faith is the bridge between desire and its realisation, turning dreams into realities through the power of belief.
3. Autosuggestion
The medium for influencing the subconscious mind.
It’s the practice of feeding your mind with positive, goal-oriented thoughts until they become entrenched and drive action.
4. Organised Planning
Make a plan and follow it.
You wouldn’t build a house without a blueprint, right? Same goes for your dreams.
5. Decision
Don’t let fear hold you back.
Make up your mind and stick to it.
6. Persistence
Even when it gets tough, don’t give up.
Persistence is like a muscle; the more you use it, the stronger it gets.
7. Power of the Master Mind
Surround yourself with smart, supportive people.
Together, you’re stronger.
Think of it like a team where everyone brings their best game.
8. Trust Your Gut
Beyond logic, there’s an instinct that guides those who listen.
It’s the whisper of the yet-to-come.
